About the Lavender Touch
The Lavender Touch SCIO raise funds to help support people with cancer living in The Scottish Borders. We do this through fundraising and selling our own developed products to help people with cancer.
The charity comprises of a range of local people, each with their own individual strengths, with the following four people in charge of each element.

Based part time in the office at Tweedbank is JANICE DUFF , who is the charity's support worker.
BRENDA LAMBERT is The Lavender Touch Co-ordinator, based in the Borders General Hospital. She works within NHS Borders and acts as a link between the Therapists, Healthcare professionals and the Borders Macmillan Centre to provide a confidential and seamless quality of service.
Lavender Touch Therapists
There are 13 Lavender Touch Therapists who work across the Borders region providing complementary therapies in peoples' homes, local health centres, The Margaret Kerr Unit or the Renal Unit at the Borders General Hospital.
ANGELA SECRETAN & FRANCES GORDON have been responsible for the development and ongoing work on our Therapeutic and Essential Ranges.
DOROTHY HEARD, one of our co-opted members manages several teams of volunteers who assist at events and with the monthly sale of our products within Borders General Hospital.
